Author Biography

Rachel Loos, Boston College

Rachel is a member of the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences Class of 2018. She is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Studio Art. She works as an undergraduate research assistant in the Infant and Child Cognition Lab, where she spends a lot of time talking to kids. Rachel is the Editor-In-Chief of The New England Classic, BC's only independent satirical publication, and she loves to make people laugh. Rachel isn't sure what she wants to do when she grows up, and she is both scared and excited by the different opportunities available to her at this unique time in her life. She is very happy to have her paper published in Elements, and hopes to continue writing once she graduates.
