Author Biography

Christine Pharr

Christine Pharr is the president of Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At the time
of the Spring 2017 Roundtable, she was vice president for alumnae and donor relations at the
College of Saint Mary (Omaha, Nebraska), and previously served as the college’s vice president
for academic affairs. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry from Mount Marty
College in Yankton, South Dakota, a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of South
Dakota, and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Idaho.
