Author Biography

Alicia Cordoba Tait

Alicia Cordoba Tait is a professor of music at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. For several
years she was assistant to the president for mission integration, director of the Center for Mission
and Identity, and the interim director of Campus Ministry. As an academic, Dr. Tait has taught a
variety of courses in music and the humanities, and has been invited to present at conferences on
her expertise in the areas of professional development, critical thinking, Benedictine spirituality, and
musical performance and musicianship.
