Colombia: Challenges of Fast-Paced Change

The Colombian government has set ambitious goals for higher education reform.  These goals seem to be in the right direction, but implementation could take decades, yet the presidential period will end in less than two years.  It is time to focus the efforts on what is achievable in such short time.
